Set in the picturesque heritage suburb of North Adelaide this group of townhouses is nestled between heritage townhouses (Circa 1890’s) and the heritage Dover Castle Hotel (circa 1851). Each townhouse had an individual client with differing briefs: The result was an efficient use of valuable living spaces over three storeys – living areas to the ground floors with two-car garages and rear access, and three double bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms to the upper floors. These areas are accommodated on a footprint of only 60 square metres per townhouse.
