The single storey Queen Anne return verandah Villa Circa 1904 home was extended and renovated into a luxurious double storey highly functional home whilst maintaining the original grand character of the existing home.
Utilizing specialist finishes and current building technology the ground level is built in solid stone to tie in with the existing home with the solid stone for the exterior of this home originated from various homes that were demolished at the time.

I have known Keith Najar for approximately 28 years and had the opportunity to work together with him on a civic project, The North Adelaide Community Centre. This project was one required historic restoration and refurbishment with a very strict Government budget. It was the perfect symbiotic relationship where I was involved in the design of the joinery and furniture and Keith was the project architect and both of us acted as the interior design team.
We delivered the project within the time and on budget, which prompted our Client to request we team up again for several other projects.
