The Marchesan Residence was designed for a young and growing family and their successful home-based business. 

Set in the beach suburb of Glenelg, the client brief was to create separate areas for home-based business and family whilst incorporating visual connections between interior and exterior spaces. The result was a parents and home-office wing separated from the main house via a glass wall connector and two private, landscaped courtyards. These landscaped courtyards also accommodated a meditation garden and home cinema area. The children’s wing housed their bedrooms, study and television room and a large outdoor play area. It all worked well for each family member making for a happy family environment.
